Provide DETAILED/ACCURATE/PRECISE information.
First and foremost, it's vital to give as much detailed information about your project as possible. We understand that architectural rendering projects may be sensitive. If you have to convey private information, we recommend communicating with the 3D artist directly over our chat feature. If you send a 3D model, we ask that you send the most recent/up-to-date version to avoid extra or unnecessary work for the 3D artist. This also eliminates the risk of additional charges for you, the buyer. We get it; you want a smooth, successful delivery. The more info you pass along to the artist, the better your chances for a successful project.
Communicate your comments in a clear/consistent way.
Once the artist begins a 3D visualization job, you (the client) will start to receive previews. We recommend collecting all team commentaries and entering them into the 3D Agora Collaboration Board. If one person on your team is responsible for documenting all comments, you can avoid any duplicates and be sure the artist receives all remarks at one time. Please note that after you submit a comment round, the initial remarks given cannot be changed. You will still be able to provide notes/clarifications on the comments, but your first comments will remain. What does that mean for your team? Before you press the 'send' button, be sure everyone on your team is on the same page.
